Well, no worries!  I have the experience and understanding, know that each client is different, and with that, comes different needs.

With this in mind, I've developed a Partnering System that involves various ways to maximize our time during the initial phase of the working relationship. This allows for us to understand what it is that our new working relationship needs, what you expect… lessening the learning curve. This, also, allows for us both to succeed…

We usually start the working relationship with an in-depth consultation and review, not only of the your goals and priorities, but also what tasks you do not enjoy, what takes you too long to accomplish, etc. This way, we get a good overview of your day-to-day schedule, requirements and demands. From here, we are able to put together a good working plan.

It’s also critical in the working relationship to learn about each other- how does each side work best? Is the client very hands-on? Or do they need guidance? Do they need details along the way of the project? Or do they just want to know it's done? Which ever way the client works best, I adapt my approach and find a good balance.

1. Schedule an appointment for a phone consultation where we can further discuss your needs and goals.  
   
2. During this phone consultation, we will review your needs by completing a     Partner Assessment Form which helps determine which projects and services would be best suited for outsourcing with us, which would benefit you the most, etc.  This review gives us an overview of your business, your style, your goals and most importantly, you! It enables me to put together an effective action plan for you and your company.  
   
3. Enjoy the reassurance and relief of a Virtual Partner.
