VB Partner's rates are based on both our skill set and experience attained over the course of our careers. With this in mind, our clients can benefit from their choice of retainers, each structured to suit the individual needs of that client.

Per Project Rates –

Rates vary depending on the nature, complexity and turn around time required for the project.

A typical 40-hour week for an in-house employee can, and often is, completed with less than 15-20 hours by a Virtual Assistant.

This is primarily based on:

the VA being a specialist in their field and not requiring a learning curve

-and-

the lack of distractions that a VA deals with within their working environment.

Retainer Rates

Plan Silver – 10 hours –

This retainer is for the client who needs assistance for at least 10 hours monthly and offers a 5% discount off of the Per Project Rate. This client will retain and 'reserve' 10 hours of our virtual assistance services, paid in advance monthly, for the duration that they need our services. This retainer also includes the Retainer Benefits listed below.

Plan Bronze – 20 hours –

This retainer is for the client who needs assistance for at least 20 hours month and offers a 10% discount off of the Per Project Rate. This client will retain and 'reserve' 20 hours of our virtual assistance services, paid in advance monthly, for the duration that they need our services. This retainer also includes the Retainer Benefits listed below.

Plan Gold – 30 hours –

This retainer is for the client who needs assistance for at least 30 hours month and offers a 15% discount off of the Per Project Rate. This client will retain and 'reserve' 30 hours of our virtual assistance services, paid in advance monthly, for the duration that they need our services. This retainer also includes the Retainer Benefits listed below.

Plan Platinum – 40 hours –

This retainer is for the client who needs assistance for at least 40 hours month and offers a 18% discount off of the Per Project Rate. This client will retain and 'reserve' 40 hours of our virtual assistance services, paid in advance monthly, for the duration that they need our services. This retainer also includes the Retainer Benefits listed below.

Retainer Benefits include:

•  Unused hours are rolled over to next month's retainer upon that new month's retainer payment.
•  Time is recorded using TraxTime and itemized report submitted with monthly invoice.
•  All time used working on projects is not rolled up but billed at actual time used.
•  Additional hours are billed at the same retainer rate.
