Virtual Business Partners was founded almost ten years ago and almost by accident!

VBPartners' founder, owner and head VA, Vivi, was busy providing her services to a few clients on a freelance basis. Not being aware at the time of the VA field, little did she realize that her projects were the beginning of a wonderful and successful career in Virtual Assistance.


It wasn't until almost the first year that she discovered the term, VA!   

Since those days, Virtual Business Partners has grown in many ways.

Its founder and owner still provides the majority of its clients' services though she has establish great relationships with a unique team of Virtual Assistants, each bringing their own special skill set and niche experience to the table. These partnering VA's are available to VBParters on an as-needed basis.  This has enabled Vivi to offer an extension of her services that were not within her niche, along with a quicker turn-around on rush projects. 

These partnering VA's are available if situations such as deadlines, specific skill or knowledge needed, etc., present themselves. But rest assured, clients are always informed and authorization required to proceed in such cases.  

It's a true win-win situation –  the client enjoys the added benefit of having just one contact person that oversees their projects, the founder and owner of VBP, while having all of the support that they need at their fingertips.

Vivi prides on being responsible for the on-going management of the clients' projects. She demands and expects only top notch quality from herself and her fellow VAs. Any details, all questions and the status of the project can be found with a simple and quick contact with the project manager.
