Virtual Business Partners was founded in 2000…. Almost 10 years ago and almost by accident!

Hello, I’m Vivi, Virtual Business Partners' founder and owner. I was busy providing my services to a few clients on a freelance basis shortly after leaving my corporate career of 20+ years. Not being aware at the time of the VA field, little did I realize that my freelancing projects were the beginning of a wonderful and successful career in Virtual Assistance & Partnering.

Since those days, Virtual Business Partners has grown in many ways. During one of its phases, it was a network of VA’s assisting high numbers of clients. When issues such as long term success, quality of work and accountability were too much to ignore, I took a hard look at the services that my clients were receiving, how it configured into their long-term success and realized that Virtual Business Partners had to refocus its vision.

Virtual Business Partners is dedicated to:

• Ethics, by upholding the strongest of ethics when dealing with their clients and  their information.
  
• Honesty, by treating their clients as they want to be treated.
  
• Education, understanding that continued, on-going training is the key to success, theirs and their clients.

Realizing that my clients really needed a partner in their business, someone that was as interested and dependent on its success as they were, I revamped VBPartners into what it is today. A sole-VA company dedicated to providing personalized assistance to each of its clients.

The days of the ‘canned task list’ and multi-levels of VA’s to get a job done were over!  My clients would get my attention to their needs and know that I was as involved as they were.

That’s not to say that outside VA’s are never involved with VBPartners and its clients anymore. There are a few that have proven themselves over the years by their dedication and quality of work, available on an as-needed basis. If the situation requires it, be it a deadline or service that I do not offer, my clients are able to benefit from these VA’s for that additional support.

Rest assured, my clients always are advised and are required to authorize one of these VA’s to work on their projects. I believe my clients benefit when its founder and owner still provides the majority of its clients' services.
